If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Thirty days, free return shipping in Australia, full refund or exchange — no questions, no friction.
Our policy, in one paragraph.
We want you to be genuinely happy with what arrives. If you're not — for any reason — return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We cover return shipping within Australia. If a product is faulty or damaged, we'll replace it and cover the cost of getting a new one to you.
This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which we never seek to limit.
The 30-day window.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. We track this via your Australia Post tracking, so you don't need to find a receipt. Items must be returned in resellable condition with at least 80% of the product remaining — we keep a sample for quality records.
How to return something.
- Start a return at jacksonmiles.com.au/returns — enter your order number and email.
- Choose refund or exchange for each line. Swaps for any product of equal or lower value are zero-cost; if you're upgrading, we'll send a top-up link.
- Print the prepaid label we email you, drop the parcel at any Australia Post office, and that's it.
- We'll process within 3–5 business days of receiving the parcel. Refunds land back on your original payment method within a further 1–3 days, depending on your bank.
Refunds & exchanges.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with Afterpay or Klarna, the refund flows back through their system; we'll update them as soon as we process your return. Exchanges ship the same day they're approved, so you're rarely without anything for long.

Faulty or damaged in transit.
Emailhello@jacksonmiles.com.auwithin 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item from the next batch and cover all shipping. There's no need to return the original — we'd rather you used what you can salvage than waste it in transit.
What we can't accept.
- Items with less than 20% remaining (we have to assume they were used in full).
- Gift cards and final-sale items, which are clearly marked at checkout.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery — though it's worth emailing us; we make exceptions.
