Orders & dispatch
When will my order ship? +
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Melbourne studio. Orders after 1pm or on weekends are sent the next business day. You'll receive an Australia Post tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our bench.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery is 2–4 business days within metro Australia and 4–7 to regional postcodes. Express is overnight to most metro areas. International orders ship via DHL and typically land in 4–9 business days.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes — we ship to New Zealand, the UK, the US, Singapore and most of Western Europe. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid up-front, so nothing surprises you on arrival.
I made a mistake on my order. Can you fix it? +
Email hello@jacksonmiles.com.au within an hour of ordering and we'll do our best to amend it before it leaves the studio. Once it's with the courier we can't intercept it, but our returns process below makes it easy to swap.
Products & formulation
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? +
Every Jackson Miles formula is vegan, cruelty-free and never tested on animals — including by our suppliers. We're certified through Choose Cruelty Free (CCF).
What's not in your products? +
We formulate without SLS, SLES, EDTA, parabens, silicones, mineral oil, synthetic fragrance and PEGs. Full INCI lists are published on every product page.
Are the bottles recyclable? +
All our bottles, caps and outer cartons are recyclable through kerbside in Australia. Caps and pumps separate from bottles for cleaner sorting. We're working toward 100% PCR rPET across the range by 2027 — currently at 78%.
Will it suit sensitive skin? +
Our formulas are dermatologically tested and fragrance-free options are available across the face range. If you have a known allergy, the full ingredient list is published on every PDP — patch-test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use.
Subscriptions & gifts
How do subscriptions work? +
Choose any product on a 30, 60 or 90-day cadence at checkout. You'll save 10% on every refill, and you can pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time — no phone calls, no email loops.
Can I send a kit as a gift? +
Yes. At checkout, choose 'Send as a gift' to include a hand-finished card with a personal message, omit the invoice and add gift wrapping. We can also dispatch on a future date if you're planning ahead.
Do you offer gift cards? +
Digital gift cards are available from $50 to $500 and are delivered by email immediately or scheduled for a future date. They never expire.
Trade & wholesale
Do you wholesale to retailers? +
We work with a small number of independent retailers and hospitality partners across Australia and New Zealand. Apply via the Find a stockist page and our trade team will respond within five business days.
